Refund Policy — Zestlet
we are committed to maintaining fairness, transparency, and equal treatment in all transactions. This Refund Policy complies with European consumer protection standards and international trade regulations.
1. Refunds During Production Once production has started, refunds are not available under any circumstances. If you request a refund before production begins, the following terms apply: Refunds will be processed within 90 to 180 days from the date your official refund request is acknowledged. To initiate a refund, you must send a formal email to: sales@zestlet.com .
Please include your order number, invoice details, and reason for refund. The refund processing period will begin only after acknowledgment from Zestlet confirming receipt of your refund request.
2. Refunds for Sample Orders If you receive a sample and are not satisfied with its quality, you may request a partial refund. However, please note: The cost of dies, molds, and patterns used in the sample’s production will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds for samples will be processed within 90 days after we receive your written refund request by email.
3. Non-Refundable Costs Certain costs are non-refundable in all cases, including: The cost of dies, molds, and patterns, once created or used. Shipping, courier, and freight charges. Any customized or personalized orders that have entered production.
4. Legal and Equal Treatment Clause This refund policy is legally binding and applies equally to all customers, distributors, and agents. No party, reseller, or individual is authorized to modify or override any part of this policy.
All refund and dispute matters will be governed under European trade laws, international commercial regulations, and applicable consumer protection acts. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the issue will proceed to arbitration in a legally recognized jurisdiction, mutually agreed upon by both parties.
5. Equal Policy Assurance Zestlet ensures equal treatment for every client — regardless of order size, location, or contract value. No special exceptions or preferential conditions are applied under any circumstances.
