Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 30 days from the date you receive your order or when a third party (other than the carrier) you appointed takes possession of the delivered goods.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days. We use the same payment method you used for the original order and charge no additional fees for reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns

The goods are unused and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired.
Unsealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
Items inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
Zestlet reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot process refunds for goods lost or damaged in return transit without proof of delivery.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If not, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
